These terms govern your use of BunchMart. By placing an order you accept them.
Who we are
BunchMart is operated from Surat, Gujarat, India. Our GSTIN and registered address appear on every tax invoice.
Your account
You need a verified mobile number to order. Keep your account details to yourself; you are responsible for orders placed from it. Tell us immediately if you think somebody else has access.
Prices and availability
Prices include GST and can change without notice, but never after you have placed an order. We try hard to keep stock figures accurate. If something sells out between your order and our picking it, we cancel that line and refund it in full.
Pricing mistakes
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price through human or system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation. We will always tell you why.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment. We may decline an order, including where we suspect resale fraud, where the delivery address is outside our area, or where previous orders from the account were repeatedly refused on delivery.
Payment
All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery. Payments are handled by our payment partner; we never see or store your card details.
Delivery
Times given are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, civil disruption or anything else outside our control.
Intellectual property
The BunchMart name, logo, site design and product photography belong to us. Product names and brand marks belong to their owners.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited in law.
Governing law
Indian law applies, and the courts of Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the one that applies to it.
