Tracking
You get a tracking link by SMS and email when the consignment leaves our warehouse. You can also follow it from your orders, or on the tracking page using your order number.
Delivery attempts
Our courier partner attempts delivery twice. If both fail, the consignment returns to us and we refund the order value in full, less the outbound delivery charge. Please make sure somebody can receive the parcel at the address you give.
Checking your parcel
Check the outer packaging before accepting it. If it is torn, wet or clearly tampered with, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day through the help centre. We replace refused damaged consignments at no cost.
