This explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number, email and delivery addresses
- Your GSTIN, if you give one for invoicing
- Your order history and basket contents
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser, and which pages you visited
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Payments happen entirely with our payment partner.
Why we hold it
To take and deliver your orders, issue tax invoices, handle returns and answer your questions. We also use order history to show you things you are more likely to want, and to decide which products to stock.
Who else sees it
- Our courier partners — your name, address and phone, so they can deliver
- Our payment partner — enough to take and refund payment
- Our SMS and email providers — to send codes and order updates
- Government authorities, where the law requires it
We do not sell your data. We do not pass your details to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept eight years, because tax law requires it. Everything else is deleted within two years of your last order, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete your account. Marketing emails have an unsubscribe link in every message, and unsubscribing never affects order updates, which we have to send.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your basket and understand which pages people use. Blocking them will stop the basket working.
Asking us
Any privacy request goes through the help centre. We respond within 30 days.
